Born 3 Eggs follow the sensory research of UBC's Food Science Department that concludes if one feeds a chicken a nutritionally enhanced diet then it will produce a nutritionally enhanced egg. All Born 3 Eggs are produced by Fraser Valley farmers and handpicked by Frank Born himself.

The company removed all animal by-products from the traditional chicken feed diet and created a balanced all grain diet. This premium vegetarian diet contains a unique combination of ingredients such as flax seed, wheat, corn, and soybean meal, which together modify the fat in the yolk of the Born 3 Egg.
